Refund policy
Return:
We want you to love what you receive, If for any reason you're not completely satisfied,
we offer a 7-day return allowance from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in its original pristine condition, and within its original signature packagingÂ
The return will be rejected if:
- Loss of beads due to misuse
- Scratches or cosmetic damage after delivery
- Tarnishing
- Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, accidents, or misuse
- Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A return shipping fee of 22 AED will be deducted from your refund upon processing.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchange:
We offer exchanges for a different product of your choice.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn and in its original condition.
- Item must be returned in its original signature packaging.
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Price Differences:
- If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be collected before the new item is dispatched.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Shipping of the new exchange item will be complimentary.Â
- Items that do not meet the return eligibility conditions listed above will also not be eligible for an exchange.
