All AtiQ & Jade pieces are covered by our Guaranteed Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

This includes structural issues such as:

• Defective crafting
• Gemstone faults
• Craftsmanship-related faults

The warranty does not cover:

• Loose of beads due to misusage
• Scratches or cosmetic damage after delivery
• Tarnishing
• Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, accidents, or misuse
• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties

If a piece is modified in any way, the warranty is void.

Shipping is available within UAE. All orders are processed locally and delivered within 1 - 2 working days.

To maintain the Mesbah Bead and it's element craftings such as silver or copper, we recommend the following:

• Keep it away from all sorts of chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture.
• Gently wipe the beads with a soft, dry cloth from time to time.
• When not in use, storing your Mesbah within provided AtiQ & Jade signature box will protect the piece.
• Do not attempt to throw the beads on solid or rough surfaces to avoid beads breakage and scratching.
